Hi! I’m Laurie – your personal trainer and healthy habit coach. 


I’m an ACE-certified personal trainer and certified Weight Management Specialist.

I use my knowledge and experience to create workouts that are quick and effective. If you’re like me, you want to enjoy my free time, not spend hours in the gym! 

80/20 Online Fitness is here because I struggled with my weight for years. I tried everything. But at some point, the diets have to stop. The obsessive, short term vision of how to get into shape needs to become a livable long-term solution.

This is a healthy lifestyle approach to diet and fitness that I want to share with you.

My goal is to help busy women – brides, moms, and everyone in between – reach their fitness goals and develop healthy habits that help them maintain their success for a lifetime. 

As a serial dieter in my twenties, I abused my body by under-eating, over-exercising, and ignoring proper nutrition just to get to a number on the scale. In my thirties I learned about intuitive eating and creating a lifestyle that you can live with. In my forties I discovered the joy of losing pregnancy weight. I made some amazing discoveries about what works long term, and what doesn’t.

For the past decade I have studied fitness and nutrition in order to come with a program that provides results and is sustainable long term. 

80/20 Online Fitness is NOT a quick fix. You won’t find any shakes or pills or wraps here. These are all quick fixes that don’t solve the real problem.

What you will find here is a whole foods-based diet combined with fast, effective workouts and healthy habits. I call them my ‘programs’ but they are long-term solutions to good health. 


If you’re wondering what the “80/20” is all about…

The 80/20 Rule is an economic principle that states 80% of our results come from 20% of our efforts. My goal is to provide you with the 20% of of the most effective diet and exercises principles, the ones  that are going to make the greatest impact on your health, making for a more efficient workout and saving you time and energy!

It’s “Online Fitness” because the nutrition and fitness programs are delivered via a fitness app. The support and accountability are provided electronically. Meaning you don’t need to be with me in order to train with me. You get the benefit of my expertise and my coaching without the in-person trainer hourly rate.
