Online personal training is a new and exciting way to offer transformational personal training to clients. It can be used by anyone, anywhere. It offers convenience, responsiveness, flexibility, and affordability.

Consider that over the course of your training you will need different things from me in terms of direction, support, and accountability. I work with you and your program to give you what you need, when you need it.

By leveraging the power of the Internet and cutting out the overhead costs of the gym, your hard-earned dollar goes further.

Using online check-in and communication tools I empower you with more accountability and support than I would be able to as an in-person trainer.

A little bit about me:

My name is Laurie and I’m an ACE-certified personal trainer and weight management specialist.   I work with busy women because I am one!   I’m a working mom who has struggled to lose that baby weight (in my forties, no less!), I know how difficult it can be to get into (and ‘back’ into!) shape.

 

My approach to improved fitness is to focus on long-term success, healthy habit development, and whole foods nutrition. I don’t use quick fixes, crash diets, or crazy exercise regimens to help you lose weight.

 

I want to see you succeed and maintain your success!

 

Frequently Asked Questions about Online Fitness Coaching:

How soon will I see results?
This is the hardest question for me to answer.  As much as I’d love to guarantee specific results, so much of that depends on you and your commitment to the program. I will be monitoring your progress regularly to make sure you’re on track and if I see you are not getting the expected results we will tweak your program as needed. It’s difficult for me to give a guarantee of how many pounds you’ll lose, but I will guarantee that if you follow the program you will feel and look better within a couple of weeks! 
I've never exercised before, is this a good program for me?
Yes, of course! Just make sure to indicate in your fitness questionnaire that you are a beginner. 
What if the workout is too hard?
I work directly with you to determine which exercises are appropriate for your fitness level. If you come across anything that you cannot do, let me know and I will update your program immediately.
What if I don't belong to a gym or I travel a lot?
I’ve included workout options for those who work out at home or travel a lot and don’t have access to a lot of standard gym equipment.
Is this program just for moms?
NO! This workout challenge was created with the unique challenges that moms face in mind, but you don’t have to be a mom to benefit from this program!
What if I have questions?
Ask away! I’m available in the private Facebook group for any questions you may have. If you prefer to ask questions privately, you can respond to any of the emails I send you during the challenge! I promise that I read and respond to every email that I receive.
Can I try it before I buy?
If you’re not sure if online training is for you, I’ve created a free 14-day online fitness challenge. After you sign up, you’ll receive an email that contains a workout program, a meal planning tool, and a link to the private 80/20 Online Fitness FB group that is just for my online challengers!  You’ll get a daily email throughout the challenge to keep you motivated and inspired to keep going! It’s a great way to try it before you buy it!
